Ellis Wheby is an accomplished healthcare leader across the pharmaceutical and biologics landscape. Currently serving as Director of Patient Services and Distribution at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Ellis brings deep expertise in both the Specialty Pharmacy and Buy-and-Bill models, with a strong emphasis on innovative access solutions and strategic execution. Over his career, Ellis has successfully launched multiple products across a wide range of therapeutic areas.  He is passionate about designing and implementing market access strategies that ensure patients receive timely access to therapy. In addition to his role at Tarsus, Ellis serves on the Executive Leadership Committee at the Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA), helping shape the future of field access excellence across industry.
