Rav brings more than 18 years of experience across biopharma, medtech, and technology. Prior to Takeda, he held senior digital and technology leadership roles at Eli Lilly, where he helped advance patient services, connected health, AI transformation, and digital platforms supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and field teams.
