He is currently Senior Vice President of Market Access & Patient Services at Rigel Pharmaceuticals, where he is responsible for payer strategy, pricing and contracting, distribution, patient services, and government and commercial access strategy.

At Rigel, Mr. Yohe rebuilt the Market Access function, expanding covered lives for the company’s lead brand from approximately 60% to 97%, restructuring distribution to improve patient focus, and delivering millions of dollars in gross-to-net savings. His leadership has supported multiple successful product launches and transitions, including REZLIDHIA and GAVRETO, and has driven record revenue growth through innovative GPO, IRA, and payer strategies. His work has been recognized internally through the Rigel CEO Leadership Award and multiple Commercial Excellence Awards

Prior to Rigel, Mr. Yohe served as Vice President of Commercial Markets at Verastem Oncology, where he rebuilt the commercial organization, reduced operating costs, and delivered triple-digit growth, contributing to a $90 million product acquisition. Earlier in his career, he held senior market access leadership roles at NanoString Technologies and Onyx Pharmaceuticals, where he led national payer strategies, pioneered reimbursement analytics approaches, and supported the launch of first-in-class oncology and diagnostic products. At NanoString, he helped secure coverage for more than 200 million lives across major commercial and government payers

Mr. Yohe began his pharmaceutical career at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals (Johnson & Johnson) and Biogen Idec, progressing from sales leadership into regional and national account roles spanning neurology, oncology, gastroenterology, and women’s health. He has participated in more than ten product launches, three start-up builds, and a full market access organizational rebuild.

He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Missouri State University and completed paramedic training at Hannibal-LaGrange University. Earlier in his career, he was a licensed paramedic in the state of Missouri, an experience that continues to shape his patient-centric leadership approach.
