Dr. Susan J. Gilbert-Miller is an attorney and accomplished sustainability leader with over 30 years of experience advancing environmental and social responsibility initiatives across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, and within a diverse array of industries and organizations. At Novo, she is responsible for advising senior leadership and delivering on Novo’s “Circular for Zero” strategy, goals and targets. Susan holds a Ph.D. in comparative international environmental policy from the University of Manchester, England, a J.D. from USF School of Law, and a chemistry degree from Cal State University, Northridge.
