Traci Miller is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations for hub services at Cardinal Health™ Sonexus™ Access and Patient Support. Helping ensure that patients can access therapy quickly, Traci’s team investigates patient benefits and offers education to patients on their coverage and financial obligations. In addition, her team helps patients overcome hurdles with prior authorizations and appeals, while also identifying resources, assistance programs and foundation support to help patients afford essential medicines. 

Traci has more than 5 years of experience in hub services, leading multiple successful implementations.  Prior to Cardinal Health, Traci spent 11 years in pharmaceutical field sales and leadership, and five years selling specialty cancer diagnostics. Her experience has provided her with a unique perspective on the HCP office dynamics and workflows as well as Pulmonology, Urology, Oncology, Women’s Health, and Dermatology therapeutic areas.
