Diana has spent the last 10 years consulting with both emerging and established biotech companies helping them developing both patient services and channel launch strategies as well as managing brand evolution program needs. She has built strategies and supported implementation on dozens of drug launches in various therapeutic areas, including rare diseases and oncology. Her true focus on the patient is what drives her to build the best patient service programs available and has led to increased adherence/compliance, and patient satisfaction.
