Emily is a healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical, hospital, and government sectors. She has a proven track record of managing complex teams and projects, developing new leaders, and change management. She currently leads the Patient Support function for Novartis’ Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolic (CRM) businesses. Novartis has a purpose to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people's lives around the globe through innovative science and technology.

In her current role, Emily leads field Access and Reimbursement teams, Care Navigators, patient access Hubs, and affordability programs to ensure patients can start and stay on therapy. She is a member of the Novartis Patient Support Leadership Team and cross-functional Integrated Product Strategy Teams (IPST). She excels at tackling complex healthcare challenges to bring innovative medicines to the patients who need them.
