Profile

Erica has spent 20-years in various roles as a clinical pharmacist, advocacy leader, and most recently Patient Support & Experience strategist building and implementing support programs across CNS and rare disease. Her time concentrated on creating ways to improve the patient experience throughout treatment initiation and continuation, access, affordability, adherence, and holistic solutions.

In her current role, she leads Patient Experience and Support for Nephrology and Rare Disease at Otsuka Precision Health. This entails program design strategy and operations, patient and provider resources and initiatives, field support preparedness, and REMS and Specialty Pharmacy operations for a rare disease treatment.

She completed her undergraduate studies and Pharm.D. degree at the University of Pittsburgh and earned her Board Certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS)
