Jenn Millard is a health services researcher at heart with over 20 years of experience in the life sciences history. She has experience both in academia and as an industry consultant. Her expertise spans from commercial operations, brand strategy to health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). Jenn brings extensive knowledge of research techniques and vast knowledge of operational approaches to generate evidence to her current role as VP and GM of Patient Support Services. She connects to client’s strategic initiatives to design patient support programs that facilitate commercial success and improve patient access and adherence to treatments. She currently manages the portfolio of tech-enabled services that comprise the comprehensive commercial patient services offerings at IQIVA. Jenn and her team are helping clients reimagine patient support services using behavioral science, data, analytics and advanced technology so they can see a complete picture of the patient and the support they need.
