Matt Giordano is the Director of Patient Services Field Operations at Krystal Biotech, leading a team of field-based patient access liaisons and community education liaisons as well as overseeing Patient Advocacy. Matt has over 17 years of experience launching numerous new therapies in multiple therapeutic classes. Previously Matt built out a patient access management team at Xeris Pharmaceuticals for the launch of a new to market Cushing's Syndrome therapy, while managing another rare disease patient facing team. Prior to Xeris, Matt had roles in reimbursement, patient services, and sales at Strongbridge, Teva and Shire. He has a degree in marketing from the University of Florida.
