Molly Stallings is responsible for partnering with Subject Matter Experts to develop client and program strategies with unique focus around engagement and adherence. Prior to joining Mercalis in 2014, Molly held Account Management and Strategic Services positions at several healthcare marketing agencies, including MicroMass Communications and GSW. In these roles, she led the creation of new service offerings that applied expertise in human health behavior to strengthen the impact of pre-commercial and post-launch marketing efforts.
In 2012 Molly was awarded the 2012 Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star Award. Prior to MicroMass, Molly was a Product Director at Mentor, a Division of Johnson and Johnson based in Santa Barbara, CA. While there, she participated in the launch of two brands and received the JNJ Standard of Leadership Award.
