Rachael has almost 20 years of experience working in healthcare patient insights and support program development. She currently serves as Director, Strategic Market Investments for the Novartis Patient Support portfolio and focuses her time on identifying new innovations in the patient support space while designing experiments to test and measure the impact for programming. In previous roles, Rachael has worked in launch marketing and operational capabilities development for Bristol-Myers Squibb and served as Patient Services Lead for ZS Associates. Rachael holds her Masters’ in Medical Sociology from the University of Chicago and her MBA from the University of North Carolina.
