Randy joined Valeris in 2025 to lead the company’s field reimbursement efforts, bringing with him over two decades of hands-on experience in patient access, reimbursement, and commercialization. Throughout his career, he’s worked across a wide range of areas—from hub operations and copay program design to buy-and-bill strategy and field team leadership—always with a focus on making it easier for patients to get the treatments they need and helping providers navigate complex access challenges.

Before joining Valeris, Randy led the national field reimbursement program at Lundbeck, where he introduced a CRM-driven model that helped identify key intervention points and improved patient conversion rates. Earlier in his career at Takeda, he built the company’s first internal field reimbursement team and guided hub operations through the launch of a major biologic. He also held senior roles at CVS Specialty, where he helped shape access strategies and boosted referral performance across high-priority therapies.

Randy’s work has consistently made a meaningful impact—streamlining patient support services, expanding access, and strengthening the connection between commercial strategy and real-world outcomes.
