Stacey Levine is an executive legal, compliance, and privacy in-house counsel who has spent over 14 years advising pharmaceutical companies including GE Healthcare, Novartis, and Allergan, among others. She is known for her forward-thinking business acumen and for her ability to deliver clear, practical advice to her clients. She not only solves challenges but works to simplify policies, procedures, and guidance affecting business activities. Stacey currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Shionogi Inc., a multi-national pharmaceutical company located in Florham Park, NJ where she counsels clients on issues ranging from advertising and promotion to complex business transactions, including serving as the legal advisor to the market access team.

Prior to joining Shionogi, Stacey served as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice for 16 years.
