Stephen Randall is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience delivering transformative software solutions in the healthcare industry. As Chief Technology Architect at ConnectiveRx, Steve drives the strategic vision and execution of the company’s systems architecture, application development, and quality assurance initiatives.

Since joining ConnectiveRx in 2017, Steve has led the technical integration of multiple acquisitions and spearheaded the development of the One ConnectiveRx platform. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing pharmacy benefits management and optimizing the medication supply chain through scalable, high-impact technology.

Prior to ConnectiveRx, Steve held senior roles at Medco and Express Scripts, where he oversaw full lifecycle software delivery across adjudication, supply chain, and international adherence programs. He holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
