Please fill out this form to request reimbursement for your flight or train expense for the Pharma Forum EMEA taking place 4-6 November 2024 at the Amsterdam Marriott. This form will also be emailed to qualified attendees at the close of the event.

You must be a corporate, third-party or agency, or life-science association meeting professional attending the event to qualify.

In order to be reimbursed for your flight or train in the specified 'up to' value, you must attend the full event with confirmation of attendance by Informa Connect staff while onsite.

Qualification screenings will be conducted during registration and final eligibility of delegates will be at the discretion of Informa Connect. All reimbursements will be processed 4-6 weeks after the event through direct deposit. You will need copies of your paid flight or train receipts and additional documentation and will be contacted with more information after the event.

NOTE: This reimbursement credit is valid towards the base cost plus tax of flight or train only for a standard fare. It is not valid for fare upgrades (for example business class or first class) nor is it valid for any upgrades like seats or baggage additions or similar. If the value of your base fare is less than the qualifying flight or train credit you will not be reimbursed for the remaining balance of the credit.
