Ashley Williams, MBA, is the Global Vice President and General Manager of the Life Sciences Center of Excellence (LSCOE) at BCD Meetings and Events (BCD M&E). In this capacity, she heads up North America’s operations and account management as well as Global Compliance. Ashley is also responsible for leading the collaboration of BCD M&E’s global team of Life Sciences meetings management experts—through the development of insight-rich benchmarking data and identifying and disseminating best practices globally. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with experience leading teams in Brand Marketing, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, Compliance and Procurement, Ashley’s diverse background in both the pharmaceutical and meetings management industries gives her a unique perspective on elevating the value and strength of partnerships between clients and their service providers.

An authentic servant-leader, Ashley is passionate about developing talent and capabilities through coaching and mentoring. Outside of work, she is also committed to volunteering and to her family, and enjoys escaping from her Raleigh, North Carolina home to the nearby mountains.
