Louise re-joined BCD ME 9 years ago and has more than 25 years of experience within the hospitality and meetings industry. With a diverse background in meeting operations, hotels, sales & account management, Louise is passionate about the industry and the Life Sciences vertical. Today Louise specializes in translating client needs into proposed solutions for regional or global congress programs working closely with new and existing clients and the BCD ME global in-house team of congress experts. Although her work has a global reach, Louise is based on the North Kent Coast of the U.K. and actively connects daily with various internal stakeholders and clients worldwide to foster collaboration & strong working relationships transforming challenges into opportunities, fostering a spirit of innovation & creativity.
