With more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, sales, event planning, congress management and account management, she brings both deep industry knowledge and a highly personable approach to every interaction. She is passionate about understanding client goals and designing regional and global congress programmes that deliver real value. At BCD M&E, Louise works in close partnership with clients and with global teams across operations, sales, account management and leadership to develop innovative, integrated solutions for both new and existing business. Based on the North Kent Coast of the UK, Louise is especially passionate about the Life Sciences sector and is known for bringing energy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to long-term partnerships.
