Misha Tsirulnikov manages Gilead programs and a global team focused on engagement of health care providers and key opinion leaders from emerging markets, including Latin America and Caribbean, Asia, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Additionally, he leads global patient engagement programming.

His achievements at Gilead include writing of the first-ever Gilead Global Meeting and Events Playbook and Web Portal designed to harmonize and place all available meeting resources at the fingertips of Gilead planners, supporting agencies and company staff at large.

Tsirulnikov was also instrumental in development efforts to build framework for legally and confidentially engaging patients and patient advocacy groups, including co-writing of the first-ever Patient Engagement Playbook.

He is currently finishing up work on the first-ever Gilead Sustainable Meeting and Events Playbook.

Misha is a strategic operations executive with over two decades in life science and pharmaceutical industry. He formerly served as a Senior Vice President at California Life Sciences Association (CLSA) and Chief Operating Officer at BayBio where he created and successfully managed events department for over 13 years.

Misha holds Master of Arts in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
