With over 25 years in the global meetings and events industry, Nicky Ratcliffe brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as VP of Business Development at Etherio. Known for her creative vision and client-first mindset, Nicky is dedicated to developing strategic partnerships and delivering event solutions that leave a lasting impact, long after the final session ends.

Having worked her way up from event coordinator to executive leader, Nicky has a deep, hands-on understanding of the industry. Her career has been defined by a relentless pursuit of innovation, tailoring each experience to meet the unique needs of her clients, whether it's an intimate advisory board or a large-scale product launch.

Originally from the UK and now based in the US since 2003, Nicky brings a valuable international perspective to her work. Outside of events, she enjoys running, working out, and sharing Friday happy hours with her family. She's also a proud supporter of Brighton & Hove Albion, her hometown football team, and never says no to a great meal and a glass of wine.
