As a member of Marriott’s Global Sales leadership team for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa division, Zoltan Konsanszky serves as Senior Director of Global Sales, overseeing strategic markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe.

In this role, he is dedicated to empowering his direct leadership team and their broader sales organizations to deliver best-in-class account management and services for Marriott’s largest B2B clients in the region. His focus is on driving top-line performance while fostering an inspiring and collaborative environment for both on-property and off-property stakeholders.

Zoltan’s Marriott journey began in 2000 during his university years at the Budapest Marriott Hotel, where he held several roles, including Director of Event Management. His career then expanded internationally across Eastern Europe, with key assignments in Armenia and Russia. Prior to his current role, he served as Area Director of Sales and Distribution for Eastern Europe, based in Germany.

Outside of work, Zoltan enjoys traveling and expressing his passion for Mediterranean cuisine by cooking for family and friends. He cherishes time spent with his wife, two children, and their fox terrier, especially in their cherished “Schrebergarten,” where they enjoy gardening together.
