As President of Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Canada (MTP-CA), Andy Zylak leads a passionate team, committed to addressing the unmet needs of Canadians living with rare diseases, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

Andy has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having served as head of the Canadian neuroscience business unit at Allergan, as well as Vice President of the Cardiovascular and Metabolic business unit at AstraZeneca Canada.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of Western Ontario, with extensive experience in sales, leadership, management, and market access, as well as several notable achievements such as spearheading the introduction of the first new treatment for ALS in Canada in 20 years.
