Dana is Co-Leader of our Health Industry Group and a Partner in our Business Law and Technology Law groups. Her practice focuses on drafting, negotiating and settling complex and strategic commercial agreements, particularly in the healthcare industry, and across other sectors. This includes technology procurement, business process and services outsourcing, integration and implementation projects, cloud (SaaS) services agreements, technology and intellectual property licensing, supply and distribution agreements including for medical equipment, data sharing arrangements, clinical trial agreements, and other strategic arrangements. Dana also regularly advises on regulatory matters relevant to the health industry, including privacy compliance and data governance relating to personal health information. Dana leverages her deep knowledge and years of experience in the technology space, to provide practical and efficient legal solutions, strategic advice, and effectively settle complex commercial agreements for clients.
