As the Executive Director, Corporate Affairs & Community Engagement at Organon Canada, Geneviève Gauthier oversees communication and community engagement activities, ensures PSP delivers value to patients and healthcare professionals, and helps shape policy, access and contracting strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, she brings a wealth of experience in market research, sales, marketing, public health, and policy and access. Geneviève is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and authenticity. She is actively involved in her community and has been volunteering with Opération Père Noël, a not-for-profit organization providing holiday presents to children in need, for the past ten years.

Geneviève Gauthier holds an MBA in Marketing from Simon Fraser University in BC and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal.
