Litsa Kouroumalis is Head of Compliance and Ethics for Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada, and a member of the Canadian Senior Leadership Team. Litsa has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for 27 years, leading the compliance function at BMS Canada for 18 years, and the Procurement and Product Inventory Management function prior to that. She has also led the compliance activities for the Nordic and Benelux markets and is a sought-after strategic advisor on numerous committees at the local and global level.
