Asha is a seasoned compliance professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in compliance across diverse industries. She currently serves as the Global Head of Integrity and Compliance (I&C) Risk Assessment and Mitigation Planning at Indivior where she oversees the company process, which includes identifying healthcare compliance risks and controls and overseeing the implementation of plans to manage and mitigate risks to the company. She is also a Senior I&C Business Advisor, where she provides advice, guidance and counsel to the commercial, medical affairs and research and development teams.

Asha is also a licensed attorney and serves as a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and as the Board President of the Golden Rose Foundation in Richmond, Virginia. She has a Master of Public Administration and has both her Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certifications.
