Jon Olefson

Jon manages the legal, compliance, corporate quality and real estate functions at Syneos Health. He previously served as the General Counsel of Cotiviti Holdings, where he established the company’s legal and compliance teams, and oversaw a successful IPO on the NYSE. He subsequently led Cotiviti through a go-private sales transaction. Prior to this, Jon spent ten years at Cognizant Technology Solutions where he served in several divisional General Counsel roles. He started his career as a corporate associate at a large international law firm. Jon earned a Juris Doctor, with honors, from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
