Kays Sawaged has over thirteen years of experience in compliance roles and currently serves as Principal Consultant at Sawaged Group. At Sawaged Group, he provides strategic guidance and supports life science clients at different stages of maturity in establishing compliance programs and their respective components. In his prior role as the Head of Compliance & Ethics at BioXcel Therapeutics, Kays led the design and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program for the company's first commercial launch.

Kays holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Montclair State University.
