Kelly Lawrence is Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston. During her 16 years in the Office, Kelly has prosecuted a variety of crimes, including health care fraud, FDCA violations and kickbacks; gang racketeering and murder; firearms offenses; and human trafficking; and has handled over 100 criminal cases in the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Kelly practiced at Ropes & Gray, where she specialized in white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, and securities litigation.

After graduating from Northwestern School of Law, Kelly was a law clerk for judges on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern District of Illinois.
