Dr. Pat Cone currently holds the position of Director of Ethics and Compliance at Boehringer Ingelheim in Ridgefield, CT. Pat holds a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Kentucky and her law degree from Boston College Law School. After working as a child psychologist and lawyer in the field of child maltreatment for many years, Pat entered the pharma world, first as a contracts lawyer at Partners Healthcare, then at Shire and Takeda. Pat remains committed to applying her compliance expertise to supporting the provision of healthcare and medicine to underserved populations in an equitable and ethical manner.
