Rod J. Rosenstein handles complex criminal and civil matters, including government investigations, crisis management, national security and cyber issues, tax controversies, internal investigations, and compliance policies. He has conducted 23 jury trials and argued 21 appeals in six appellate courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Rod served in the U.S. Department of Justice from 1990 to 2019, including as Deputy Attorney General, U.S. Attorney for Maryland, and Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General. He earned a B.S. in Economics summa cum laude from the Wharton School and a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and served as a federal appellate clerk.
