CLE and California MCLE Credits

PCC West CLE Credits Information

  • Scanning: You will be scanned into and out of each session for a record of in-person attendance, which will be used if you are interested in obtaining CLE credits. Please ensure your badge is being scanned each time you enter and leave the session room by Informa staff to ensure we have a record of your attendance.

2 Types of Credits:

  • PACLE Credits: We are confirmed to offer PACLE credits (State of Pennsylvania credits). Your in-person attendance record from badge scanning will suffice to obtain these credits. You will receive a form via email to complete post-event, serving as your official request for credits.

  • California General MCLE Credits: Our application for California General MCLE credits from the State Board of California is still pending approval; we hope to receive an update on the status of our application/ability to offer General MCLEs soon, and will share this information once received. For now, we are collecting all needed information for obtaining credits.
    • *PLEASE NOTE: Our application status is still pending and we cannot guarantee credits at this stage until an update is provided from the State Bar of California. If approved, we would be offering only General MCLEs, not any specialty MCLE subtypes.
    • 3 Steps Attendees Need to Do to Obtain MCLEs (*pending approval):
  • 1. Fill out the Record of Attendance Sign-In Form at the Registration Desk or in the Grande Ballroom with:
    • Name of Attorney
    • California State Bar #
    • Signature of Attorney
  • 2. Have your badge scanned in and out of every session to ensure there is a record of your in-person attendance for all sessions.
  • 3. Complete a Post-Event Evaluation Form and submit within 2 weeks of the event: https://www.calbar.ca.gov/Portals/0/documents/forms/Sample-Evaluation-Form.pdf


When Will I Receive An Update on if I’ll Be Able to Obtain MCLEs?

  • We will keep all attendees who fill out the Record of Attendance Sign-In Form and submit a Post-Event Evaluation Form updated once we receive a decision on the status of our MCLE application, and additional details on MCLE credits number, etc. if applicable.
