Amber Doner is a seasoned compliance and quality leader with over a decade of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry, specializing in privacy, information governance, and operationalizing compliance in complex, highly regulated environments. As Senior Director of Quality and Compliance at IQVIA, Amber leads enterprise-wide quality initiatives for patient support services, integrating risk management, regulatory readiness, and strategic business alignment to advance patient safety and performance excellence.

She is passionate about guiding innovation in a responsible and sustainable way, building frameworks that enable organizations to stay agile while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.

Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Strategic Communication and a Certificate in Healthcare Communication. She is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Science in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality from Johns Hopkins University. Amber is certified in healthcare privacy through Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA) and a Certified Quality Process Analyst through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
