Bonnie Rodriguez is the Vice President of Health Care Compliance, MedTech, where she leads the Health Care Compliance Team to promote compliant growth and enhance patient access to cutting-edge, less invasive treatments for complex diseases globally. With over 20 years of diverse experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer industries, she possesses deep expertise in health care compliance, contracting, finance, and government pricing strategies.

Her career at Johnson & Johnson saw her occupy key positions, including Senior Director of Government Contract Compliance and Group Director for Managed Markets and Government entities, focusing on strategy development and risk management.

Academically, Bonnie holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a Certified Compliance Expert. In 2008, she received the TWIN Award for her contributions to the industry and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation.
