Lauren Thal is currently the Vice President of Compliance at Tolmar, Inc. based out of Chicago and Colorado. Prior to joining Tolmar, Lauren served in various roles in the healthcare space, most recently as the Compliance Officer for Cerapedics Inc. Prior to Cerapedics, Lauren was Senior Director of Compliance with Beta Bionics and spent approximately eight years in various compliance roles with Abbott and another six years with Navigant Consulting in Chicago. Lauren started her career with Ernst & Young. Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant, has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and obtained her accounting certificate from the University of Southern California. Lauren and her family live in Chicago.
