Aithra is an Associate in the Life Sciences and Healthcare Department of the Firm. Her practice focuses on all matters related to EU & Greek pharmaceutical and healthcare law, providing legal advice on regulatory, compliance and commercial issues with a practical, business-oriented approach concerning, inter alia, medicinal products (either for human use or veterinary), medical devices, clinical trials and early access programs, food for special medical purposes, infant formulae and follow-on formulae, food supplements, personal care products and cosmetics, biocides and pesticides, detergents, chemical reagents and cleaning products, tobacco and cannabis products. Aithra advises companies on day-to-day operations, marketing and advertising practices (including promotional compliance considerations) as well as strategic transactions and all types of collaborations. She assists companies providing legal advice on product and environmental compliance including environmental compliance, extended producer responsibility (EPR) compliance, REACH and CLP compliance, packaging, labeling, recycling, as well as resource and waste management and she is also involved in public tenders and real estate projects. She holds an LL.M. in Medical Law from Queen Mary University of London and she has contributed as an author to scientific articles. She has attended training courses and she has obtained Certificates in “Medical Ethics and Bioethics”, “The Law, Medicine and Ethics of Reproductive Technologies and Genetics”, “The Law of Assisted Reproduction”, “Pharmaceutical Law and Practical Implementation”, “Medical Ethicist”.
