Amanda Nagrotsky

Vice President of Legal and Policy at 340B Health

Amanda Nagrotsky is the Vice President of Legal and Policy for 340B Health, a nonprofit organization of more than 1,500 hospitals and health systems participating in the federal 340B drug pricing program.

Amanda helps lead 340B Health’s regulatory advocacy efforts and works to influence law and policy pertaining to the 340B program. She also plays a key role in educating member hospitals on 340B compliance and implementation and informing them of program developments.

Prior to joining 340B Health, she worked as a legal intern at Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities, a nonprofit group that advocates for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Amanda received her bachelor's degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan. She received her law degree with honors from the George Washington University Law School and is a member of the New York and Virginia Bars.
