With over 23 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Cindy is a seasoned leader in Pricing and Contracting within Revenue Management for pharmaceutical and med device companies. Her career has been dedicated to driving business process optimization across commercial and government operations, with a consistent focus on enhancing revenue realization and minimizing revenue leakage. She brings a strong background in managed services and global shared services models, where she has successfully led large scale process design, risk mitigation and organizational transformation.

Cindy has extensive operational expertise spanning government pricing compliance—including Medicaid, Medicare, FSS, TRICARE, Coverage Gap, and 340B—as well as commercial pricing and contracting operations. Her specialty lies in complex government pricing calculations and reporting, where she emphasizes both regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. With 12 years of direct industry experience and 11 years in a consultative capacity, she has supported over 100 pharmaceutical clients, leading commercial and regulatory compliance through managed services operations. Cindy is widely regarded as a trusted subject matter expert in managed services operations, process optimization, and transformation strategy.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Quincy University and a Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University.
