Heath Ingram is an attorney for life sciences and healthcare companies at all stages of development, as well as, venture capital and private equity firms focused on all aspects of the healthcare industry. Heath is the Director of Goodwin’s Center for Market Access and Pricing. He has experience with a broad range of healthcare matters including: fraud and abuse risk under the federal Anti-kickback Statue, value-based and managed care contracting, market access matters, drug price transparency laws, the Sunshine Act, counseling on patient assistance programs, government price reporting, the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement, licensure, patient privacy, government investigations, and internal investigations. Heath also works closely with drug manufacturers to resolve disputes with federal agencies in civil actions brought by the government and qui tam relators. Heath is based in New York City and is a member of Goodwin’s Life Sciences Regulatory and Compliance team and Healthcare practice.
