LAUA TOPAL is the Sr Director of US Strategic Pricing, managing the SPTR function at Pfizer. She is a seasoned Finance and Market Access professional with a career covering the Gross to Net space from multiple angles. After beginning her career working n NYS Medicaid reforms, she moved into the Healthcare payer and pharmaceutical industry. Over the course of her 20 years at Pfizer, she has been focused on revenue optimization and risk management for the organization, combined with a pursuit of process improvement and simplification. Her numerous roles included Managed Markets Contracting, Pricing Analytics and Decision support, and leading the Pricing Committee, as well as Finance roles such as Brand level P&L ownership and Medicaid and other GTN forecasting.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Public Policy both from the University at Albany.
