I have been with Cencora for 19 years, supporting 3 large system implementations and 6 business unit integrations. In my current role I lead the Cencora chargebacks team to collect $6.8B in chargebacks each month (26.8M lines). On average we do this within 6 days enabling us to reduce pricing errors for our mutual customers. My goal is for the Cencora Chargebacks Team to be the preferred trading partner for every manufacturer and the industry leader in percent paid first pass.
