As a healthcare compliance attorney, Marc has supported pharmaceutical manufacturers with state drug price transparency reporting (SPTR) since the laws were first enacted. In fact, he has served as the lead subject matter expert supporting over 100 transparency reporting clients – having spent 20 years building, implementing and managing software solutions and services to assist life sciences companies with transparency reporting. In addition, Marc has served as the outsourced Chief Compliance Officer for numerous life sciences manufacturers, managing a variety of compliance and healthcare fraud and abuse matters, including anti-bribery laws and government reporting requirements.

Marc routinely engages with regulatory and enforcement agencies in order to provide interpretative guidance to the industry. He frequently publishes and presents on compliance topics, including serving as faculty at the Seton Hall University School of Law Healthcare Compliance Certification Program and co-author for the American Health Lawyers Association - Compliance Manual. Prior to founding Global Compliance Strategies in 2018, Marc was the head of the Healthcare Compliance Software and Service division at one of the largest healthcare service companies in the world.
