Ms. Lee has spent over 30 years working with international corporations with her responsibilities focused upon commercial operations, pricing, analytics, and strategic planning. For 26+ years, Ms. Lee’s area of practice has been dedicated specifically to government and commercial contracting, pricing and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and biologics industries.
Having commenced her pharmaceutical career in-house with Daiichi Pharmaceutical Corporation and serving as a consultant to various companies within the life sciences industry, Ms. Lee provides a unique perspective of contracting, pricing and reimbursement to her clients. Ms. Lee’s clients range from developmental stage start-up to established large pharmaceutical companies, in addition to, specialty/niche-market biotechnology and biologic companies. Ms. Lee is the principal of M. Lee Consulting, LLC having commenced bio/pharma consulting 24+ years ago.
Specializing in government (AMP, BP, ASP, 340B, FSS, Tricare and Medicare Part D) and commercial (HMO, PPO, PBM and GPO) contracting, pricing and reimbursement, Ms. Lee’s functional and critical thinking skill sets provide her clients with a broad range of support services from the pre-approval phase through commercialization, with emphasis on innovative strategies to maximize the potential of each client’s product portfolio.
Ms. Lee also serves as a speaker and advisory board member for national government pricing conferences for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and biologic industries. Ms. Lee was also awarded the industry's 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award from IIR's Medicaid Drug Rebate Program conference.
Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Health Care Administration.
