Having joined Novartis from the consulting ecosystem in 2014, Mitesh has taken on multiple roles with increasing responsibility where he currently leads as the Director of Government Contracting, Pricing, and Reporting responsible for the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (Medicaid and Medicare Part B), the 340B Program, the Federal Supply Schedule, and State Price transparency Reporting.
