Profile

Nancy’s pharmaceutical experience spans almost two decades. In her current role she leads the US Patient Value & Access team at Takeda Oncology. This team includes; Pricing and Contracting, Trade and Distribution, Account Management (Payers, PBMs, StrategicAccount, GPOs & Pathways), Patient Services, and Access Strategy and Marketing.

Previously, while at EMD Serono she was part of the Market Access & Patient Solutions team and led the US Payer Marketing team supporting the full portfolio of in-line and pipeline assets, as well as the Oncology Enterprise Account field team. She originally joined EMD in 2015 as part of the US Oncology, Commercial Marketing Team. In this role she helped to launch the company’s first US Oncology product in two indications.

Nancy started her career in pharmaceuticals as a primary care sales representative at Schering-Plough and moved onto specialty sales and oncology key account and IDN sales at Eisai, Inc. While at Eisai she transitioned to a home office-based role in marketing managing two supportive care products which included a market leading, end of life-cycle brand and a launch product.

Nancy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bentley College (Massachusetts) and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration Finance from Salve Regina University (Rhode Island). She has also completed the lean start up and Design Thinking program at Stanford University (California) and the Executive Leadership program Instead (France).
