Rachel Young, has over 15 years of experience working with various government agencies and advising government affairs, policy and commercial clients on state and federal law compliance and government procurement and contracting activities.

Rachel currently serves as Senior Operations Counsel, and over the past six years with Viatris (formerly with Mylan), Rachel has overseen many areas of North American legal compliance including State Price Transparency, Drug Take Back and Federal Government Contracting.

Rachel’s past experiences are in the private prison and youth rehabilitation industries, and she previously participated in various cross-functional workgroups across the US to develop regulations and best practices in response to the implementation of various laws such as the Affordable Care Act and state specific Mandated Reporter laws.
