Susan Sisskind Dunne, JD, is Managing Director at Riparian LLC. She has more than 30 years of experience advising pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers on government contracting, price reporting, and revenue management. Susan helps clients navigate and comply with the complex statutory and regulatory requirements associated with federally funded programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, PHS/340B, and VA programs. Her work encompasses the regulatory and contractual compliance requirements facing pharmaceutical manufacturers focusing on transactional data analytics and process enhancement which enables clients to understand the downstream impact of commercial and regulatory changes, make informed strategic decisions, and maintain compliance in a constantly evolving regulatory environment. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a JD from the National Law Center at George Washington University.
