Dr. Andreas Scordamaglia-Tousis is a Référendaire (Legal Secretary) in the chambers of Advocate General Rantos at the Court of Justice of the European Union. He has previously served in the chambers of judges Nils Wahl (Court of Justice) and Constantinos Iliopoulos (General Court of the European Union). Before joining the Court, he was an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins, where he advised on EU antitrust, merger control and State aid matters. He holds an LLB in law from King’s College London, a maîtrise en droit from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, an LLM from the College of Europe (Bruges) and a PhD in law from the European University Institute (Florence). Dr Scordamaglia-Tousis regularly writes on issues of EU competition law and practice. He is fluent in English, French, Greek and Italian.
