Eleonora Viegas, Judge since 1994, has served at the Administrative Court, Commercial Court of Lisbon, Intellectual Property Court and, since 2019, at the Court of Appeal of Lisbon.

Experience in public enforcement competition cases between 2010 e 2012 as well as, in appeal cases on both public and private enforcement, since 2020.

President of the specialized chamber of Intellectual Property, Competition, Regulation and Supervision, with exclusive national jurisdiction on appeals on those matters, and Vice-President of the Court of Appeal of Lisbon.
